Demonstration of technical and visual skills, quality of outcome, demonstration of creativity – You have spent time looking and analysing the initial research (your photos, description, objects) to extract interesting elements to bring together. This analysis has informed your decision making and judgement during your experimenting and sampling stage, resulting in informed outcomes. You have experimented with different techniques and materials producing an interesting body of work. I suggest you continue to allow yourself to ‘play’ without the fear of failure. For example, for the ‘Of fiction’ samples you have applied a relaxed and playful approach which has resulted in expressive drawings/samples that are unexpected. I suggest you continue to develop and apply this approach as this is when you create unexpected visually interesting outcomes. Be brave about your choices: risk is an important factor in learning – push the experimentation by stretching the technique further.
Context, reflective thinking, critical thinking, analysis
The learning log is well organised and easy to navigate. You are evidencing in your making that you are looking at your work, thinking about its value then making decisions. It is positive to see you are recording this in your learning log and how research and the work of others has impacted your own learning and work. At times there is a lot of writing, I suggest trying to be more concise with your writing and ensuring the writing is not leaning on the descriptive side. I also suggest using map maps as a way of communicating your ideas and uploading these onto the learning log. You have concluded the assignment with an honest reflection, continue to expand upon this by using the assessment criteria to help structure your reflection. Remember to read through and reflect in your learning log what you have learnt from the feedback, relating it to the assessment criteria and learning outcomes.
I suggest the following:

Response
Thank you for the feedback Mandeep, I had similar feedback regarding the amount a write from my formal assessment. Which is ironic as this is the part I dislike the most, but moving forward I will be mindful on what I write and aim for quality rather than quantity.
I am looking forward to looking at the blogs and TED talk to help with my personal development, I hope these help me to become more relaxed about pushing myself and to not worry about failure.
